The Opportunity
We are seeking a Hairdresser and Manager who is ready to embrace the challenge of leading our talented team while offering top-notch hair services. In this dual role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional haircuts, colors, and styles tailored to each client's unique needs. Half of your role will focus on providing these services, while the other half will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon.
Key responsibilities include managing staff, handling scheduling, and ensuring an efficient workflow. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to implement marketing strategies that align with our brand values. Importantly, your passion for the ethical beauty industry will shine as you educate clients about the sustainable products we use and our commitment to cruelty-free practices.
What We’re Looking For
We believe that the right candidate will be someone with relevant hairdressing qualifications and experience in a salon environment. While previous management experience is preferred, it’s not essential. Your enthusiasm for staying current with beauty trends and techniques will be crucial as you engage with clients and offer them the best possible service.
If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a heart for promoting ethical beauty choices, you might just be the perfect fit for Hair Intentions!
